How do I participate in a deal?

Deals will be sent to your email once you signed up for Super Duper Deal Group.

  1. You will receive your eligible deal in your email.
  2. Follow the instructions to apply for your eligible deal. Each deal has limited amount available so make sure you act quickly!
  3. Once your application is confirmed, you will receive the deal offer email.
  4. Follow the instructions on the deal offer email to purchase and claim your rebate!

Will SDD cover the shipping and handling costs?

NO. At this time SDD issued rebates will not include the cost of shipping or taxes.

 

Why am I receiving an error message/ not receiving the deal offer email after applying for the deal?

When APPLYING for the eligible deal, please keep the following in mind:

  1. You must enter your SDD registered email to apply for your deal. Entering a different email will result in an error message and will be invalid to claim the spot.
  2. All deals are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED with a limited amount available. If you are receiving an error message/ not receiving the deal offer email, it is most likely that all spots have been claimed. Remember early birds gets the worm!

 

I have purchased the item but having trouble redeeming my rebate.

When REDEEMING your rebate, please keep the following in mind:

    1. You must enter the same SDD registered email you used to apply for your deal. Entering a different email will show an error message and be invalid to redeem the rebate.
    2. Please pay very close attention to the item SKU, that was included in your DEAL INSTRUCTIONS. Ordering the same product BUT with a different size variation will result in an invalid rebate application. 
    3. For the rebate to be valid you must purchase the correct product and wait till the fulfillment status is marked as SHIPPED
    4. Make sure you enter the order ID EXACTLY as shown on Amazon or Walmart, including all special characters.

Can I buy two or more of the offered item in the same purchase?

NO. Our current automated system allows for only one rebate per purchase. If you plan to buy multiple offered items in the same purchase, please send us an email with your order number.

 

Can I claim the same offer multiple times through a separate purchase?

NO. Once you successfully applied for your spot, you will only be eligible to claim the rebate ONCE through one purchase.

 

Can I buy the offered item with other non-related products in the same purchase?

YES. You will receive the rebate as long as you purchase the offered item.

 

What if I bought the wrong product? Or buy from the wrong seller?

If you have purchased the incorrect product or from another seller, your order ID will NOT be eligible for a rebate. Feel free to keep or return that product.

If the deal has not expired, you can still purchase the correct product from the correct seller and complete your offer.

 

How do I claim my rebate? (AMAZON OFFER)

You can claim your rebate as soon as your Amazon order has SHIPPED. We require this prerequisite as it helps to prevent nefarious users from abusing our system and canceling their purchases immediately after buying/ claiming their rebates.

What type of rebate is available?

We offer two types of rebates: Amazon Gift Card and VISA Gift Card. Conditions are as follow:

1. If you purchase through Amazon, you will receive a Amazon Gift Card.
2. If you purchase through Walmart, you will receive a Visa Gift Card.

 

How long does it take for my rebate to process?

Once you successfully entered the email and order ID, you should receive your rebate in 1 to 2 hours by email. Please note the rebate process will only initiate if the email and order ID are successfully submitted.

 

Do my rebates expire?

YES. All rebates will need to be claimed/ redeemed within a certain period once issued. We advise you to claim/ redeem your rebate asap once you receive it. If a rebate is not available due to expiration, we will not be able to reissue your rebate.

  1. Amazon Gift Card Codes are available to be claimed within 1 year after being issued. Once claimed, they do not expire.
  2. VISA Gift Cards Links are available to be redeemed for 6 months after issued.
